Hotel Monte Hermana Sendai

The hotel is super convenient-just a quick walk from the station! I loved that I could easily access trains and shopping in no time. The compact room was tidy, and I appreciated the free coffee and juices by the reception. Plus, the public onsen felt nice after long business days.

But oh man, the mold in the onsen was a huge letdown. It was everywhere, which made me feel gross rather than relaxed. The remote was dirty too, and the staff didn’t even seem to care. I wouldn’t recommend this place, sadly!

All the facilities are good, fairly clean hotel, its location is comfy in the train station. The staff are very helpful. I would stay here again, loved this place;))
